Green Party, a progressive voice for crime and justice

The Green Party has developed extensive policies which are available through our public policy site. Unlike any other political party these are developed on a wholly democratic basis from the membership, can be modified at conference by the membership and published throughout the year for anyone to access.

Our manifesto and crime plan for Staffordshire will be published shortly based upon the principles established through this democratic process.

The Green Party aims to create a just, equitable and sustainable society. We focus our efforts primarily, though not exclusively, through the electoral system.

This policy process produces an organic and evolving document (known as Policies for a Sustainable Society or PSS) that reflects current priorities and principles. Our PSS changes twice a year as a result of our democratic process – the Spring and Autumn conferences of the Green Party are the supreme policy making body.
